Delivery within Australia is FREE for all orders over $200. For all orders under $200:
Australia Post Standard (2–8 business days): $10
Australia Post Express (1–4 business days): $15

The above shipping timeframes are subject to Australia Post and may see delays during busy times.
International delivery is charged at a flat rate of $40 per order and are shipped via Australia Post.
International orders can take up to 26 business days depending on your location.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking information. Please be advised that your delivery country may charge you import taxes and customs duties when the order arrives. These duties and taxes are required to be paid by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Note that all product prices indicated, and payments made on our site, are in Australian Dollar (AUD) currency.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@rayopaseo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We'll also advise of the associated timings of your return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Full-price items purchased using discount codes or promotions and reduced items are not eligible for refunds and can only be returned for exchange or a store credit. The store credit is for the amount the item was purchased for.
Reduced items purchased also using a discount code are final sale and not eligible for return, but store credit will be provided.
The only exception to this is our welcome code for 10% off your first order. Orders made using this code are still eligible for refunds, store credit and exchanges.
Please read product descriptions carefully to fully understand the fabrication and details. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@rayopaseo.com.
